These general conditions of sale set out the rights and obligations of parties within the sales made on the one hand by the GiddyTees via the website, and secondly, by any person or entity with the capacity legal contract wishing to make a purchase through our website hereinafter the 'customer'.
GiddyTees © reserves the right to modify or change at any time these terms and conditions of sale. If modified, will be applied to each order the general conditions of sale at the date of placing the order.
CHARACTERISTICS OF GOODS AND SERVICES OFFERED
The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published on the website. These products and services are offered within the limits of available stocks.
Each product is accompanied by a description provided by GiddyTees.
The illustrations in the catalog are as accurate as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product, especially with regard to colour. The pictures shown are mainly for medium or large sizes; because the illustration has fixed dimensions, it comes slightly bigger for smaller sizes and a bit shorter for extra large.
The prices listed in the catalog are prices in pounds taking into account the VAT applicable on the date of the order, any rate change will be reflected in the price of products or services. GiddyTees reserves the right to change prices at any time, except that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order shall be applicable only to the customer.
Prices do not include the cost of order processing, transportation and delivery if they occur in the geographical areas provided below. Deliveries are made to the address on the order form.
